What you can ask it to do
start_meeting- Start a meeting using your own words. Give your timezone if asked. Can We Meet returns a summary and asks a focused question when needed.
update_meeting- Answer a question, correct the summary or change a meeting you organise. Your words are passed through without paraphrasing.
get_meeting- Check the summary, who has replied, which times are bookable and whether a time has been confirmed.
get_invite_link- Get a shareable invitation link and a short message for you to send. Getting the link does not send it to anyone.
book_meeting- Confirm one of the bookable times, only after you explicitly choose it. A suggestion alone does not book the meeting.
list_my_meetings- Find meetings you organise, newest first. Privacy-mode meetings are hidden from this list.
Three example requests
- “Use Can We Meet to arrange a 30-minute budget review with Alice and Bob on 3 November 2026. I’m free 2pm to 5pm, Europe/London. Zoom is fine.”
- “For that meeting, change the location to our London office, then give me the invitation link and a message I can send.”
- “Check who has replied and show the bookable times. Don’t book anything until I choose a time.”
You stay in control
Nothing is sent to anyone automatically by these six meeting tools. You decide when to share the link and explicitly choose a bookable time before confirmation. Check the summary and timezone before sharing or booking.
The connection acts as your signed-in account, not as other people. Remove the connection in Claude, ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Meta Muse or Grok to stop using it there. Contact support to request revocation of the Can We Meet authorisation. Each assistant’s own privacy policy also applies to conversations held with it.
Read Privacy & Security or contact support if you need help.
